Our Chicken Paratha is a combination of wholesome wheat flatbread and carefully spiced ground chicken filling. It can be enjoyed with a knob of butter spread on top, mango chutney, or with a dip made from yoghurt and fresh herbs.
Wheat Flour, Chicken, Fresh Onion, Margarine, Green Chilli, Salt and Mixed Spices.
How to cook
Remove paratha from the freezer. Do not defrost. Peel the plastic layers from both sides of the paratha and place it on a pre-heated frying pan. If you are using a non-stick pan, do not use extra oil or butter. For ordinary frying pan, please add a knob of butter or ghee. While cooking, please do not keep the rest of the frozen parathas near the cooking range. Wait for 1 or 2 minutes and turn over. Press the paratha gently. When both sides are golden brown, remove the paratha from the frying pan.
