Dawn Aloo Samosa is a delectable appetizer that is loved by people of all ages. Filled with a spicy stuffing of mashed potatoes, the tradition flavours inside and crunchy texture outside makes it absolutely hard to resist.
Wheat flour, potato, onion, table salt, coriander, canola oil, vinegar and mixed spices.
FOR AIR FRYING: Preheat the air fryer at 180°C for 4-5 minutes. Next, reduce the heat to 170°C and place all the Aloo Samosas in the air fryer for 4 minutes. After 4 minutes, take the samosas out, brush lightly with oil to give them even color and then put them back in for 6 more minutes to enjoy them with your loved ones.
FOR DEEP FRYING: Preheat clean frying oil in a wok or skillet pan for deep frying at 180° C. Fry Aloo Samosas for 4-5 minutes on this temperature or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels for absorbing excessive oil.
