Our twist on the traditional dish from Peshawar, the Chicken Chapli Kababs are made with ground chicken seasoned with coriander, dried pomegranate seeds and a unique blend of spices, shaped into a flat round patty.
Boneless chicken, fresh onion, fresh green chillies, Table salt, mixed spices, pomegranate seeds and blanched in frying oil.
How to cook
Preheat clean frying oil in a frying pan for shallow frying on a medium heat. Fry Chicken Chapli Kabab for 5 minutes on this temperature and turn sides for even color while frying. Drain on paper towels for absorbing excessive oil.
Fun Recipe With Your CHICKEN CHAPLI KABAB
Heat Olive Oil in a flat pan and fry chapli kabab on it. Now fry onion and carrot in the same oil, add some salt and crushed pepper as per taste. Lay out salad in a serving dish and put chapli kabab and onion over it. Garnish the dish with carrot and squeeze some lemon to serve tantalizing Chicken Chapli Kabab. Enjoy!
