For air frying: Preheat the air fryer at 180° C for 4-5 minutes. Next, reduce the heat to 170° C and place all the Aloo Samosas in the air fryer for 4 minutes. After 4 minutes, take the samosas out, brush lightly with oil to give them even color and then put them back in for 6 more minutes to enjoy them with your loved ones.
FOR DEEP FRYING: Preheat clean frying oil in a wok or skillet pan for deep frying at 180° C. Fry Aloo Samosas for 4-5 minutes on this temperature or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels for absorbing excessive oil.

Fry Dawn Food Aloo Samosa as per instructions. Next add some salt, sugar, red chili powder, tamarind sauce in yogurt and mix well then put diced tomato, chopped green chili,onion and sweet sauce in the yogurt mix and Add the samosas. Lastly sprinkle some chaat masala, serve and enjoy.
