Potatoes, Onion, Peas, Green Chili, Salt, Red, Chili, Cumin Seeds, Coriander Powder, Fenugreek Dried, Turmeric Powder, Green Coriander, Wheat Flour, Vegetable Ghee, Water & Carom Seeds.
Preheat clean frying oil in a wok or skillet pan for deep frying at 180°C. Fry Punjabi Samosa for 5-6 minutes on his temperature or until golden brown. Drain on paper towel for absorbing excessive oil.
Keep Frozen at -18°C. Do not defrost. Once thawed do not re-freeze.
